AfyaSoko is a technology platform that connects users with licensed pharmacies to fulfill prescription and health product needs. We facilitate orders, payment, and delivery, but we do not sell medicines or provide medical advice directly.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AfyaSoko. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All prescription medication orders must be accompanied by a valid prescription. Pharmacies have the right to review and reject orders that do not meet regulatory requirements.
AfyaSoko partners only with licensed pharmacies. All medication fulfillment, advice, and verification are handled by the respective pharmacy. We are not liable for pharmacy-related decisions.
Deliveries are facilitated through third-party couriers. Delivery timeframes and logistics are estimates. UzimaBridge is not liable for courier delays or damages post-dispatch.
Prices displayed on AfyaSoko include pharmacy pricing and applicable delivery fees. Payments must be made in full before orders are dispatched. All transactions are processed securely.
Returns of medication are subject to pharmacy policy and regulatory guidelines. Refunds may be processed for orders not fulfilled due to stock-outs, rejection of prescriptions, or failed deliveries.
You agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including fraud, harassment, unauthorized data access, or violation of laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.
All content, branding, and software on AfyaSoko are the property of UzimaBridge or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or modify without written consent.
AfyaSoko and UzimaBridge are not responsible for loss, injury, or damages resulting from misuse of the platform, third-party delays, or pharmacy errors. Our total liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
