AfyaSoko is a technology platform that connects users with licensed pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions and health product needs. We facilitate order placement and payment processing but do not directly sell medicines, provide medical advice, or operate as a pharmacy. Delivery is organized by partner pharmacies.
To use AfyaSoko, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and comply with these Terms.
Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@afyasoko.com.
Orders for prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Partner pharmacies may review and reject orders that do not comply with applicable regulations or standards. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of prescriptions submitted.
AfyaSoko partners with licensed pharmacies to fulfill orders. Pharmacies are solely responsible for medication verification, dispensing, providing related advice, and organizing delivery. AfyaSoko is not liable for pharmacy decisions, errors, or delivery-related issues.
Prices on AfyaSoko reflect pharmacy pricing and may include service fees and delivery fees where applicable, subject to change without notice. All payments must be completed through our secure payment processors before order fulfillment. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for transactions.
Returns and refunds are subject to the policies of the dispensing pharmacy and applicable regulations. Refunds may be issued for unfulfilled orders due to stock shortages, rejected prescriptions, or pharmacy-related issues, at our discretion. Contact support@afyasoko.com for assistance.

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on AfyaSoko are the property of AfyaSoko Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfyaSoko and its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors by pharmacies, delivery issues, or misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold AfyaSoko harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our interests or those of other users.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and significant updates will be communicated via email or the platform. Continued use of AfyaSoko constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
